Litigation Support Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Managing electronic data, document image processing and document productions
- Project Organization
- Case management
- Initial Setup
- Anticipating client needs
- Project Status
- Client Trainin
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Tracking Incurred Billables
- Consulting on forensic investigation best practices
- Provide responsive client support
- Assist in product and company development
- Minimum of two years of litigation support experience
- Legal technology expertise is a plus:
- Electronic discovery applications/processes
- Imaging systems
- Document management systems
- A solid understanding of the legal profession, specifically issues associated with litigation:
- Discovery
- Document productions
- Best practices
- Emerging technologies
- Understanding of basic Internet, website, and technology concepts
- Knowledge of PC Systems and electronic applications
- Attention to detail/quality
- Strong communication skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Outstanding teamwork capabilities
- Knowledge of imaging and document management systems a plus
