Sales - Account Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
We are seeking proven sales professionals with the ability to sell technology to solve the many document management, storage and retrieval problems facing law firms, corporate counsel, and corporations.
Responsibilities:
- New business development
- Manage initial data-gathering and needs analysis process
- Top-level client servicing
- Minimum of five years proven sales experience. Legal technology expertise is a plus
- A solid understanding of the legal profession, specifically issues associated with litigation
- Track record of consistent over-achievement in strategic sales
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in consultative selling
- Understanding of basic Internet and website concepts
- Knowledge of PC Systems, CRM solutions, Windows, and Microsoft Office
